1. Overview

At EGFERN Interiors, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized interior products and services. Since most of our products are made-to-order and custom-built as per customer specifications, our refund and return policy is designed accordingly.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of booking confirmation for a full refund of the advance amount.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours will attract a cancellation charge of 20% of the total order value.
  • Once manufacturing has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued for the work already completed.

3. Returns Policy

Since our products are custom-designed and manufactured specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns. However, returns may be considered in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the design approval
  • The product has a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong product or wrong size delivered due to our error

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after design approval
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to screen display differences
  • Damage caused after installation or due to misuse

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.)
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has started
  • In case of partial delivery, refund will be applicable only for the undelivered portion

5. Damage or Defect Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos as proof

  • Our team will inspect the claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable

6. Warranty

  • EGFERN Interiors provides a warranty on parts and workmanship as mentioned in your project agreement
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear

7. How to Raise a Refund/Return Request

To raise a request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Support@egfern.com with your order details and reason for return/refund
  2. Attach supporting photos or videos if applicable
  3. Our team will respond within 3 working days
  4. Once approved, return pickup or inspection will be scheduled
